Embodied Coaching

I have a nack for seeing your potential where sometimes you can’t see it for yourself. I use a wide lens approach addressing thirteen areas of your life . We first take an Inventory and then we get to refine and define your values and what’s important to you. It’s then you have a clear premise from which you lead your life.

I use movement, breathe and guided visualisation throughout the process which enables us to cut to the Core without getting caught in our heads.

What to Expect from 1:1 coaching with me:

  • A Complimentary Chemistry Call ( 30 mins )

  • Zoom OR in Person in Chamonix Mont -Blanc, France.

  • £999 for 10 sessions over 3 months.

  • Continued monthly session for the next 9 months: £699.

The Process :

  • Here we get to take an overview of your life in twelve areas. We’ll use movement, breathe-work and a guided visualisation in order to prepare.

We will then we able to identify the missing pieces and it’s these pieces that we’ll be focusing on in the next couple of sessions.

  • Having taken ‘Inventory ‘of your life and identified what the key missing pieces are we will then make a plan to add in these missing pieces.

Getting to the core of these missing pieces will make implementing these elements organically into your rituals and habits.

  • Having identified your ‘missing pieces’ and implementing them into your life in a practical way we will revise how this is going for you. We will now start to address your Core Values and unearth your WHY. These will act as your foundational pillars with which you operate from.

  • In this session we review the ways in which you have integrated your new habits and you’ll learn techniques with which to make future decisions so you can continue to grow and evolve without needing anyone else’s counsel except your own. A power concept!

  • In our final session we get to take a New Inventory in the twelve areas of your life . Here you get to witness the trajectory and progress you have made. Your success is defined by your own definition and this is truly liberating. Sometimes all we need is less with more attention to what really matters.
